How Much Does Shipping Cost?
We offer free shipping on all orders over $50. If you order less than $50 in product items cost, shipping will be at a flat-rate of $5.00 for continental U.S. orders. Unfortunately, Free shipping cost is not available for international orders at this time. International shipping cost will vary based on the several factors (weight, location, and etcetera) and will appear at checkout.
What Shipping Methods Are Available?
We ship orders using USPS with a verified tracking number for online tracking and delivery confirmation.
How Long Will It Take To Get My Package?
For continental U.S. addresses, standard delivery time is 2-5 business days for continental U.S. destinations. Whereas, International addresses, standard delivery time is 7-14 business days for non-U.S. destinations.
Some of the items I ordered did not arrive with my order. Where are they?
If you have only received some of the items of your order, be sure to keep in mind that certain products may ship from different warehouses. Larger orders are packed in more than one box. Although they leave our fulfillment center on the same scheduled shipping day, sometimes one or more boxes gets delayed in the shipping process. The rest is on its way and should be with you in the next few days.
Do You Add More Products As Time Goes Along?
Yes, new products are added regularly to our product lines as we continue to grow and expand. We also offer monthly specials and other deals.
Is There A Minimum Order?
No, we do not require a minimum order.
How Do I Know That You Received My Order?
Once you have placed your order you will see an order confirmation screen thanking you for your purchase. You will also be sent a confirmation email with the details for your records. This email does not, however, indicate that your order has begun to be processed. If an item you have ordered has sold out, we will let you know the following day.
Why Has My Order Been Cancelled?
The most common reason we for having to cancel an entire order is that a product is not currently in stock and the supplier of the goods cannot provide us with them in a reasonable timescale. We will always let you know if there is to be a delay or if we have had to cancel an order. We only take payment at delivery, so the order authorization is also cancelled, and we will not take payment.

How Do I Place An Order?
Find the item(s) you wish to order using the Search bar or select a Shop from the navigation box on the left side of the home screen.Add your item(s) to the cart. Review your cart by selecting the Cart icon in the upper-right corner of any Grelix page or select View Cart after adding an item to your cart. From your cart you can edit item quantities, remove items, or save them for a future purchase.When you're satisfied with the items in your cart, select Check Out.
Do I Need An Account To Place An order?
No. You can use guest checkout to place your order. However, to get the latest wellness trends, supplement tips, inspirations, special offers, and more, you must register for an account and/or join our newsletter.
How Can I Cancel Or Change My Order?
Yes. However, you must cancel or change your order prior to its shipment. Once the order is shipped, it can no longer be cancelled. To be clear, lets us share with you how the ordering process works. After placing your order you will receive an order confirmation via email. Each order starts production 24 hours after your order is placed. Within 24 to 72 hours of you placing your order, you will receive an expected delivery date. When the order ships, you will receive another email with the tracking number and a link to trace the order online with the carrier.
How Do I Track My Order?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking number and link. You can also track your order’s shipment by entering your tracking number at: www.usps.com.

Is Buying On-Line Safe?
You can shop at Grelix secure in the knowledge that your details are safe. To enhance security, we do not hold any card details that you submit to us. You will, therefore, need to enter your card details each time you order with us. This means that your card details are encrypted as soon as you enter them and can only be read by our payment service provider - not by any Grelix staff members.
Can I Repeat My Last Order?
By logging into the Grelix website and going to 'My Account' (use the tab on the right of the screen) you can view your past orders. Click on the ‘Completed’ box to view. You can then repeat any of your past orders by clicking on the ‘View Order Detail’ and ‘Reorder’ button at the bottom-right of the list of products.
When Will I Get My Refund?
If you have returned items to us, then as soon as we have confirmed that the items are in good condition we will process the refund. Your refund will be processed electronically on the same card that payment was taken from.

Where are the Grelix products manufactured?
All of Grelix products are manufactured in a FDA Registered/GMP Certified facility with locations in Salt Lake City, Utah and Atlanta, Georgia to include partner facilities located in Oklahoma, California and Florida as well. This ensures that our products comply with all Food and Drug Administration regulations and requirements for the manufacturing of our supplements. The raw material used in our products is identity tested before production at a minimum and all finished products are submitted to rigorous quality control and assurance processes and procedures prior to being released to our Products. Guaranteeing the quality and safety of every bottle of Grelix product continues to be at the core of our mission and our vision.
What is your return policy?
All continental U.S orders are eligible for a return. Contact our Customer Service team firstname.lastname@example.org 30 days of your purchase and we’ll either give you a full refund or in-store credit equal to the value of your product. However, returns are not allowed for international shipments and if a product is returned to us because it was not cleared in customs, you will be responsible for any additional shipment charges.
