Shipping policy

US Delivery & Destinations

Free shipping on orders over $50 or more within the contiguous US (Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico excluded) after any discounts have been applied. Shipping rates are based upon rates provided by the parcel carriers (UPS or USPS) and computed based on your order's weight and the shipment distance. Shipping costs calculations will show up in your review when you are ready to checkout.

We can ship to all residential and commercial addresses in the continental U.S. (Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico excluded) from our various US warehouses that are strategically located throughout the US to serve you better. This provides fast shipping times and multiple locations from which we can supply products.

Most orders will be shipped within 24-48 hours of order placement pending verification of billing information and shipping method selected. Any orders placed after 3 p.m. EST will not be processed until the following business day. For items that are not currently in-stock will be processed as quickly as possible. Once shipment has been made, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking information of your order.

For U.S. addresses, our goal is to ship and delivery your placed orders as expedient and economically as possible (2-5 business days) for U.S. destinations.

 

International Delivery & Destinations

We can ship to most addresses in the world. Unfortunately, free shipping cost is not available for international orders currently. International shipping cost will vary based on the several factors (weight, location, and etcetera) and will appear at checkout. Note that there are restrictions on some products that may not be able be shipped to international destinations.

Most International orders will ship within 24 to 48 hours of placement of order, provided the product ordered is in stock. Once shipment has been made, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking information of your order. For International addresses, standard delivery time is 6-10 business days for non-U.S. destinations.

All international orders for non-U.S. destinations are shipped via UPS International standard or ground shipping carriers. Orders received over the weekend may not process for shipment until Monday. Shipping carriers may deliver your package on a Saturday and do not deliver on Sunday nor national holidays.

If for any reasons your package is refused by you or your country, any shipping charge or fees demanded by the shipping carrier to return your order, will be deducted from your refund. The original shipping charge is non-refundable.

Any orders deserted by you, the shipping carrier, or your country for any reason will not be refunded. This includes lack of import permits, prescriptions, or refusal to pay duties, taxes, or broker fees by the customer (when required) or because the item is banned by your country.

We suggest confirming with your country’s customs office to find out what these additional costs are. Moreover, recommend you contacting your customs office to learn about specific restrictions, licensing, or special provisions on the import of goods.
