30 Days Money-Back Guarantee

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. All new and unopened items purchased from grelix.com, must be returned within 30 days in its original packaging condition from the invoice date for a full refund of the original purchase price. No product returns will be accepted after 30 days. The item must be returned at your expense unless there is an error on our part (item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, or etc.) where we offer a full refund of the original purchase price plus return shipping costs.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.

Please note: For international orders, if for any reason the package is refused or turned away by you or your country, any shipping charge or fees demanded by the shipping carrier to return your order will be deducted from your refund. The original shipping charge is non-refundable.

What to do if your items arrive damaged or defective by the shipping carrier?

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

How long will it take to receive a credit from my return?

If you have returned an item to us, then as soon as we have confirmed that the items are in good condition, we will process the refund electronically on the same card that payment was taken from. Payments made with a credit card will be refunded to the card used for your order. Refunds for returns are typically processed within three business days upon receiving the returned product.

Be sure to keep the top portion of the packing list for your records. If you cannot send the packing list, please include your order number, billing name, and address with the item.
