We want you to be completely satisfied with your Grelix Xtreme Wellness purchase. If not, you can return unopened items for a refund within 30 days of purchase. 

Upon receiving returns, we conduct a quality check to ensure all bottles are sealed and in good condition. Bottles with broken seals or signs of damage will be discarded, and no refund will be issued. Please note that we are not liable to issue any refund for opened items. Grelix.com is not responsible for return postage; any shipping charges or applied discount codes will NOT be refunded.

While we will always do our best to help when a product is not the right fit, not every order is eligible for return. We believe our return policy is generous, and if we feel that misuse of this policy is taking place, we are not obligated to process a return.

Please note that items returned without prior contact with the Grelix Xtreme Wellness Customer Service, or packages “Returned to Sender,” may not be properly identified, which can either prolong or nullify your refund. Any items shipped to an improper address, or if you refuse your shipment and it does not return to our warehouse, will not be refunded. 

Items returned to us after 30 days of the initial purchase date and/or without contacting Grelix Xtreme Wellness prior to the return, will not be refunded.
