To be eligible for a return:

· Packaging: Must be in the original packaging.

· Proof: Valid receipt or proof of purchase is required.

· Hygiene & Safety: Opened or partially consumed products cannot be returned.

3.  How to Initiate a Return

a. Email Support: Reach out to the Grelix Customer Care with your order number and the reason for the return.

b. Await Approval: If approved, you will receive shipping instructions and the return address (or a prepaid label, if eligible).

c. Ship the Item: Securely package your item and send it back. 

4. Refunds & Processing

Upon receiving and inspecting your returned item, Grelix will send an email notification regarding your refund status. Approved refunds are credited to the original method of payment within 7 business days.
