Returns

We want you to be completely satisfied with your Grelix Xtreme Wellness purchase. If not, you can return it for a refund or exchange within 30 days of purchase. 

While we will always do our best to help when a product is not the right fit, not every order is eligible for return. We believe our return policy is generous, and if we feel that misuse of this policy is taking place, we are not obligated to process a return.

Please note that items returned without prior contact with the Grelix Xtreme Wellness Customer Service, or packages “Returned to Sender,” may not be properly identified, which can either prolong or nullify your refund. Any items shipped to an improper address, or if you refuse your shipment and it does not return to our warehouse, will not be refunded. 

Items returned to us after 30 days of the initial purchase date and/or without contacting Grelix Xtreme Wellness prior to the return, will not be refunded.

For us to process your return, the product will need to be returned to us unless there are reasonable circumstances why this cannot be done. You can always contact us for any return question at info@grelix.com.
