This Terms of Use agreement (the "Agreement") describes how Green Essence, LLC (hereafter "Grelix", "Grelix Xtreme Wellness", our", "we", or "us") offers this website, including all information, tools, and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here. We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Use as provided below. You can always review the most current version here.

By accessing the Site, creating an account, placing an order, checking the box presented at checkout, clicking a button that references these Terms of Use, or otherwise purchasing any product from Grelix, you acknowledge that you have read, understand, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use, the Returns Policy, the Shipping Policy, the Privacy Policy, any product-specific terms displayed at checkout or on the applicable product page, and any subscription or promotional terms applicable to your order. If you do not agree, you may not access the Site, create an account, place an order, or purchase products. These Terms of Use apply to all users of the site, including without limitation users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and/or contributors of content.

Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. Payment information may be processed by third-party payment processors, card networks, issuing banks, acquiring banks, fraud-prevention vendors, and other transaction-service providers, and Grelix may receive transaction tokens, authorization information, risk scores, payment status, and related records necessary to process and document your order.

SECTION 1 - ONLINE STORE TERMS

By agreeing to these Terms of Use, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence, or that you are the age of majority in your state or province of residence, and you have given us your consent to allow any of your minor dependents to use this site. Payment card transactions are processed by third-party payment processors, and Grelix does not store full payment card numbers. You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the Service, use of the Service, or access to the Service or any contact on the website through which the service is provided, without express written permission by us.

No FDA Approval Representation. References to manufacturing standards, current Good Manufacturing Practices, facility practices, or FDA-regulated categories do not mean that any product has been approved by the Food and Drug Administration, unless Grelix expressly states in writing that a specific product has received such approval.

Product Labels Control. Product labels, warnings, instructions, and packaging should be reviewed before use and control over any inconsistent summary appearing on the Site.

SECTION 6 - ACCURACY OF BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors.

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

Payment Authorization. By placing an order, you represent and warrant that all billing, shipping, contact, and payment information you provide is true, current, complete, and accurate; that you are the authorized cardholder or otherwise authorized to use the payment method provided; and that you authorize Grelix and its payment processors to charge your payment method for the total amount disclosed at checkout, including product price, shipping, handling, taxes, discounts, fees, and any other charges disclosed before purchase.

Failed, Reversed, or Disputed Payments. If a payment is declined, reversed, charged back, or otherwise not completed, Grelix may cancel the order, suspend shipment, stop providing products or services, seek repayment, offset amounts owed against refunds or credits to the extent permitted by law, and provide relevant transaction records to payment processors, card networks, issuing banks, acquiring banks, shipping carriers, fraud-prevention vendors, and collection or legal service providers. You remain responsible for all amounts lawfully owed for products ordered, shipped, delivered, used, opened, or retained.

Fraud Prevention and Order Review. Grelix may review, hold, cancel, or refuse any order for fraud-prevention, payment-risk, inventory, pricing, resale, regulatory, safety, or policy reasons. Grelix may use address verification, card verification, identity verification, device information, order-history review, velocity controls, manual review, and other commercially reasonable fraud-prevention tools before accepting, fulfilling, or shipping an order. Grelix may request additional information before processing an order and may cancel the order if the requested information is not provided or cannot be verified.

Order Confirmation Not Acceptance. An order confirmation, payment authorization, or checkout acknowledgment confirms receipt of your order request but does not require Grelix to accept or fulfill the order. Grelix accepts an order only when it ships the product or otherwise confirms acceptance in writing. Grelix may cancel or limit any order as provided in these Terms.

Subscription and Recurring Billing Terms (if applicable). If you purchase a subscription, autoship, continuity plan, free trial, discounted trial, renewal program, or other recurring product plan, you authorize Grelix to charge your payment method at the price, frequency, and duration disclosed at checkout until you cancel in accordance with the cancellation instructions provided. Before completing a recurring purchase, Grelix will disclose the recurring charge amount, billing frequency, cancellation method, renewal terms, and any material restrictions. After purchase, Grelix will provide an acknowledgment that includes the material terms of the recurring program and cancellation instructions. You may cancel by [CANCELLATION METHOD], and cancellation will apply to future charges that have not already been processed, shipped, or irrevocably submitted for fulfillment as of the time cancellation is received and processed.

No Unauthorized Resale. Products are sold for personal use only unless Grelix expressly authorizes resale in writing. You may not purchase products for resale, redistribution, export, marketplace listing, commercial sampling, repackaging, relabeling, or other commercial exploitation without Grelix's prior written consent. Grelix may refuse, limit, cancel, or suspend orders that Grelix believes are intended for unauthorized resale or violate this Section.

Customer Representations. You represent and warrant that all order, account, billing, shipping, payment, return, and customer-service information you provide to Grelix is true, accurate, complete, and not misleading; that you will not impersonate another person or entity; that you will not use a payment method without authorization; and that you will not submit any false, duplicative, abusive, or misleading refund, replacement, delivery, fraud, or chargeback claim.

SECTION 6A - RETURNS, REFUNDS, AND CHARGEBACKS

Return Window and Eligibility. You may request a return or exchange within 30 days after delivery. To be eligible, the product must be unopened, unused, in its original packaging, with all seals intact, and accompanied by valid proof of purchase. Grelix may reject any return that is opened, used, altered, damaged after delivery, missing original packaging, missing seals, lacking proof of purchase, submitted after the 30-day period, or otherwise inconsistent with this Returns Policy.

Opened or Partially Returned Multi-Item Orders. If you return a multi-item order and one or more product seals are broken, opened, missing, damaged, or otherwise not intact, Grelix may prorate the refund based solely on the unopened and sealed units received and accepted after inspection. Opened, used, or unsealed units are not refundable unless Grelix determines that a product defect or shipping damage qualifies for a refund under this Policy.
Refund Deductions. Unless prohibited by applicable law or expressly approved by Grelix in writing, the following amounts are not refundable and may be deducted from any refund: original shipping charges, return shipping charges, expedited shipping charges, package-protection or handling charges, promotional discounts, the value of opened or unsealed products, and any other non-refundable charge disclosed at checkout or in this Policy.

Return Authorization Required. Before returning any product, you must contact Grelix Customer Care at info@grelix.com with your order number, delivery date, product name, quantity, and reason for return. If Grelix approves the return, Grelix will provide return instructions and, if applicable, a return authorization number. Grelix is not responsible for, and may reject or delay processing of, returns sent without authorization, sent to an incorrect address, shipped after the approved return period, inadequately packaged, or received in a condition that prevents resale or safe inspection.

Refund Processing. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method after Grelix receives and inspects the returned product. Grelix will submit approved refunds within 7 business days after inspection, but the date on which funds appear in your account depends on your bank, card issuer, payment network, or payment processor. Grelix is not responsible for delays caused by any financial institution, card issuer, payment network, or payment processor after Grelix submits the refund.

Damaged or Defective Products. If a product arrives damaged in transit or appears defective, you must notify Grelix within [NOTICE PERIOD] days after delivery and provide your order number, photographs of the package and product, the shipping label, and a description of the issue. Grelix may require return of the product or other reasonable documentation before issuing a replacement, credit, or refund. Failure to provide requested documentation may delay or prevent resolution.

Payment Disputes and Chargebacks. If you believe an order, payment, delivery, or refund is incorrect, you agree to contact Grelix atinfo@grelix.com before initiating a chargeback, payment reversal, or other payment dispute, so that Grelix has a reasonable opportunity to investigate and resolve the issue. Nothing in this Section limits any non-waivable rights you may have under applicable law. You authorize Grelix to provide your payment provider, card issuer, payment network, bank, fraud-prevention vendor, shipping carrier, and other relevant parties with order records, checkout acceptance records, delivery records, communications, refund records, account information, and other evidence reasonably necessary to respond to or resolve any payment dispute.

Promotions and Discounts. Promotional codes, discounts, bundles, free gifts, loyalty credits, and special offers are subject to the terms disclosed with the promotion and may not be combined, transferred, sold, redeemed for cash, or applied retroactively unless Grelix states otherwise. If a returned order included a discount, free gift, bundle price, or promotional benefit, Grelix may adjust the refund to reflect the actual amount paid, the value of retained items, and any promotional conditions not satisfied after the return.

Money-Back Guarantee Limitations. Any reference to a “money-back guarantee” is limited to eligible products returned within 30 days after delivery, which generally must be unopened and unused with seals intact, and shipping charges, return postage, discounts, and opened or unsealed products may be non-refundable or deducted from any refund.

SECTION 6B - SHIPPING, DELIVERY, RISK OF LOSS, AND PROOF OF DELIVERY

Shipping Address and Delivery Responsibility. You are responsible for providing a complete, accurate, and secure shipping address at checkout. Grelix is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, misdeliveries, theft, or losses caused by an incorrect, incomplete, outdated, inaccessible, or unsafe delivery address supplied by you. If you identify an address error, you must contact Grelix immediately at info@grelix.com . Grelix will use commercially reasonable efforts to assist, but cannot guarantee changes after an order has been submitted for fulfillment.

Delivery Confirmation. Carrier tracking, delivery scans, delivery photographs, signature records, GPS data, pickup records, or other carrier documentation may be used to establish shipment or delivery. If carrier records show delivery to the shipping address, pickup location, parcel locker, mailroom, front desk, reception area, or other delivery point associated with the order, Grelix may treat the order as delivered unless applicable law requires otherwise.

Lost, Stolen, Refused, or Unclaimed Packages. You must notify Grelix within [NOTICE PERIOD] days after the carrier’s reported delivery date if you believe a package was not received. Grelix may require a written statement, carrier claim documentation, police report, identity verification, photographs, or other reasonable documentation before issuing any replacement, credit, or refund. Packages that are refused, unclaimed, returned to sender, or undeliverable because of customer-provided information may be subject to shipping, handling, return, restocking, or other non-refundable charges to the extent permitted by law.

Risk of Loss. Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the shipping address or delivery point provided or selected by you, except to the extent applicable law provides otherwise. Grelix may, in its discretion, assist with carrier claims or replacement requests, but such assistance does not waive this Section or create an obligation to replace or refund products shown by carrier records as delivered.

Inspection After Delivery. You are responsible for inspecting products promptly upon delivery. Unless you notify Grelix at info@grelix.com within [NOTICE PERIOD] days after delivery of damaged, incorrect, missing, or defective products, the products will be deemed accepted, except to the extent applicable law provides otherwise. Opening, using, consuming, discarding, altering, or failing to preserve the product or packaging may limit Grelix’s ability to verify a claim and may affect eligibility for a refund, replacement, or credit.

Force Majeure. Grelix will not be liable for any delay, failure, interruption, non-performance, cancellation, or fulfillment issue caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including acts of God, severe weather, fire, flood, epidemic, pandemic, labor disruption, supply shortage, transportation delay, carrier error, governmental action, war, terrorism, civil unrest, cyberattack, platform outage, payment-processor outage, utility failure, or other similar event. Grelix may allocate inventory, delay shipment, cancel affected orders, or issue refunds or credits as commercially reasonable under the circumstances and as required by applicable law.

SECTION 7 - USER COMMENTS, FEEDBACK AND OTHER SUBMISSIONS

If, at our request, you send certain specific submissions (for example contest entries) or without a request from us you send creative ideas, suggestions, proposals, plans, or other materials, whether online, by email, by postal mail, or otherwise (collectively, 'comments'), you agree that we may, at any time, without restriction, edit, copy, publish, distribute, translate and otherwise use in any medium any comments that you forward to us. We are and shall be under no obligation (1) to maintain any comments in confidence; (2) to pay compensation for any comments; or (3) to respond to any comments.

You agree that your comments will not violate any right of any third-party, including copyright, trademark, privacy, personality or other personal or proprietary right.

You further agree that your comments will not contain libelous or otherwise unlawful, abusive, or obscene material, or contain any computer virus or other malware that could in any way affect the operation of the Service or any related website. You may not use a false e-mail address, pretend to be someone other than yourself, or otherwise mislead us or third parties as to the origin of any comments. You are solely responsible for any comments you make and their accuracy. We take no responsibility and assume no liability for any comments posted by you or any third-party.

Customer reviews, testimonials, endorsements, affiliate statements, and influencer content reflect individual experiences and may not be typical. Any material connection between Grelix and a reviewer, endorser, affiliate, influencer, or promoter must be clearly disclosed where required. Grelix may remove, reject, or request correction of any review, endorsement, affiliate content, or promotional statement that Grelix believes is false, misleading, unsubstantiated, noncompliant, or inconsistent with Grelix’s policies.

By placing an order, creating an account, requesting a return, contacting customer support, or otherwise interacting with Grelix, you authorize Grelix to contact you using the email address, telephone number, billing address, shipping address, or account information you provide for transactional, administrative, customer-service, fraud-prevention, order-verification, shipment, return, refund, payment-dispute, and legal-compliance purposes. You agree that communications relating to orders, payments, shipping, returns, refunds, suspected fraud, or account administration are transactional communications and are not promotional messages.

In no case shall Grelix, our directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, interns, suppliers, service providers or licensors be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages of any kind, including, without limitation lost profits, lost revenue, lost savings, loss of data, replacement costs, or any similar damages, whether based in contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability or otherwise, arising from your use of any of the service or any products procured using the service, or for any other claim related in any way to your use of the service or any product, including, but not limited to, any errors or omissions in any content, or any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of the use of the service or any content (or product) posted, transmitted, or otherwise made available via the service, even if advised of their possibility. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, GRELIX’S TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY ORDER WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID TO GRELIX FOR THE PRODUCT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.
Mandatory Rights Preserved. Nothing in these Terms limits any non-waivable rights or remedies that you may have under applicable law.

SECTION 12 - INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Grelix and our parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, officers, directors, agents, contractors, licensors, service providers, subcontractors, suppliers, interns and employees, harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, made by any third-party due to or arising out of your breach of these Terms of Use or the documents they incorporate by reference, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third-party.

SECTION 13 - SEVERABILITY
